Environmental Compliance.

I-65/70 North Split

This transformational project includes 50 new bridges at the confluence of two major interstates in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. Currently, Redemption supports the construction team through field engineering and inspection services to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

I-69/465 Clear Path

Anyone who regularly drives around the north side of Indianapolis understands the major congestion and safety issues at the interchange of I-69 and I-465. This $435 million project will significantly increase capacity and dramatically increase safety for one of the highest traveled interchanges in central Indiana. Redemption supports the construction team through inspection services to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Site Design.

Altum’s New Facility

Altum’s exciting new facility at Taylor Road and US-421 in Zionsville will soon be constructed. Redemption Engineering is supporting this project through site and drainage design and approvals. The design approach uses sustainable practices to reduce environmental impacts. These practices include using a vegetated swale in lieu of storm sewers to provide drainage for the project. This approach is both environmentally friendly and cost-effective.

Subdivision Master Planning & Design.

Redemption is currently supporting a client in the master planning and design of multiple new subdivisions in central Indiana. Our team was able to quickly put together a proposed plan and graphic rendering for the client to seek approvals with county and municipal entities with a very minimal investment in due diligence efforts.

Waterways.

Holly Creek Residential Stream Crossing

Redemption completed the design and permitting processes for a driveway stream crossing project. The project includes the reconstruction of an existing drive crossing and required permitting through DNR, IDEM, and USACE. Three 30-inch CMP pipes will be replaced with a 4’ x 6’ box culvert. The driveway is currently inundated during significant rainfall events. This project will raise the drive so that the property owners can pass over the waterway during major storms. The improvements will also improve stream health by providing an open, natural passage beneath the driveway for aquatic life.
